Creation of a Trimble Nova label management plugin

The goal would be to create a plugin that would allow modified labels to be managed as on Trimble Nova.

Revit would see them as something other than a label and they would be assigned to Revit systems.

This would allow Trimble Nova to display labels on any view as soon as the system is displayed using a filter.
