Add selfmade annotation directly from the pallet

A button/command to automaticly add your last used self made custom annotation, so you dont need to always go through the custom annotation menu because this takes up a lot off time if you need to do this every time.

or even, that you can make your own custom command for a self made annotation the same way you can do with a .LSP
