Lock the diameter on a column before calculation

The goal would be to do as on Trimble Nova, to be able to check a parameter on a selection of sections to tell the software to size the pipe but keep the largest diameter over the entire length concerned. This allows columns to be made with a single diameter without having to rework all the connections after calculation.
